Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a session?

Each session runs for 2 hours and 50 minutes and starts 10am or 1pm. Twilight sessions start at 4pm.

As you need to check in, have your life jackets fitted and listen to a safety briefing, we suggest arriving at the park 30 minutes before your session starts.

Can I book more than 1 session?

You can do a double session if you want to double your fun. You can book a second session online, or book at the kiosk.

What is the minimum age?

·         Our Minimum age is 3 years old

·         Children between the ages of 3 years old and 7 years old MUST be accompanied by a paying adult. One paying adult can look after 3 children under 7.

·         Children between 8 years old and 12 years old must have an adult watching them from the side of the park at all times.

What is the role of the parent/responsible adult?

While our lifeguards are here to make sure everyone is safe and we are here to ensure if things go wrong, we can rectify them. Lifeguards are not here to babysit and it is important to understand the ‘Watch Around The Water policy’ which is children between 3 years old and 6 years old must be within an arms reach on the park and children between 7 years old and 12 years old must be actively supervised at all times by an adult (over 18 years old)

Do you have Life Jackets

We have a range of life jackets available. If you don’t think we will be able to fit you with a life jacket, you are welcome to bring your own

Can I bring my own Life Jacket

Take away food and drinks are available  for purchase from our kiosk.

We are famous for our crunchy hot chips and delicious Slurpees.

Can spectators swim for free?

They sure can! We have a beach area that children and adults  can swim in while they watch the fun on the park. No swimmers are permitted on or near the park equipment. All swimmers must wear a life jacket at all times if you are in the water. If you have children on the park between 7 and 12 years of age and you are the responsible adult supervising them then it would not be appropriate for you to be swimming as well.

Is there shade?

You bet there is! We have shade sales and shady trees. Bring a picnic rug or your own chairs so you can sit where you like. We provide shared tables and benches and bean bags to sit on.
