Rules

While we do our best to keep the rules to a minimum, your safety and enjoyment are our top priority. We implement strict procedures to make Aqua Island a safe and fun environment for all our guests. Aqua Island is an outdoor venue. Our activities are physically challenging but lots of fun. Take these simple steps and enjoy an awesome day out with us

 

Rules

Our Minimum age is 3 years old

  • Children between the ages of 3 years old and 7 years old MUST be accompanied by a paying adult

  • Children between 8 years old and 12 years old must have an adult watching them from the side of the park at all times.

  • All patrons must wear a well fitted Life Jacket.

  • We supply life jackets for the Aqua Fun Park. We recommend that you also wear a rash vest for sun protection.

  • You are welcome to bring your own, our staff will check to ensure it fits correctly.

  • Never swim under the obstacles

  • Never dive head first, always jump in feet first

  • Always check the water before jumping in. Do not jump in if there is someone in the water below you

  • Never slide down an area that has climbing handles attached

  • No one can participate if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Aqua Island is a non-smoking venue. No smoking is permitted anywhere on our premises.

  • Please make sure you dress appropriately for your activity and weather conditions on the day.

Know your limits

  • You must be reasonably fit to take part in all the activities at Aqua Island

  •  You are responsible for ensuring that you can do the activities safely and follow the staff’s instructions

  • Pregnant women will not be allowed to take part in any activities at Aqua island

  • You must be able to swim to participate in our water-based activities
     

Be sun smart

  • Slip on a t-shirt or rash vest

  • Slop on plenty of sunscreen

  • Slap on a hat

  • Drink plenty of water.
     

Safety Features

  • Aqua Island is supervised by trained staff

  • Each session begins with a safety briefing that you must attend and give your full attention to

  • All guests must read and sign a waiver on entry

  • Parents must supervise their children at all times

  • Please pay attention to the safety information in the waiver, the safety briefing and our staffs instructions
